Eligibility of accreditation:
1. Each press/media agencies may apply for unlimited amount of accreditations: first two accreditations are free; the cost of each next one is 100PLN + VAT.
2. Accreditation gives a free access to all Festival’s events.
3. Accreditation will be granted upon sending the below data including:
   - first name and surname
   - e-mail address
   - telephone number
   - the functional title of the journalist: press reporter/radio reporter/television reporter/camera operator/sound operator/photographer/photo reporter
into the following e-mail address: ada@gaudemater.pl.
4. The applications shall be sent till April 22nd 2011.
5. The accreditations can be collected from April 29th 2011 in the office of the Centre of Culture Promotion “Gaude Mater” (1 Dąbrowskiego Str.).
6. The Organiser of the Festival reserves the right of denying the accreditation.
